skin haven cancellation policies
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. However, if you need to do so, we ask that you give us fair warning. You will be phoned two days in advance to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, it is standard spa policy to give advance notice for all cancellations, as follows:
- Saturday or Sunday cancellations require minimum 48 hours notice.
- Monday through Friday cancellations require minimum 24 hours notice.
- Late cancellations, and 'no-shows' will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost OR will forfeit the use of a Skin Haven gift certificate. No exceptions.
- IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE IN CONSIDERATION OF OUR THERAPISTS AND TO ENSURE YOUR MAXIMUM ENJOYMENT OF YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE.
