Genesis Acid-Free Retinol Peel
A powerful yet gentle non-acid peel that uses peptides, retinol, and vitamin C to achieve impressive results without aggressive measures. This peel is great for all skin types including sensitive, rosacea, acne & dry. This treatment will reduce fine lines and wrinkles, brighten your overall skin tone, and retexturize your skin to reveal fresh, pristine skin from beneath the surface. A treatment series will improve your overall tone and texture, smooth the surface of your skin, and remove dry, damaged, aging skin. You may experience flaking on the second or third day after this treatment. No Downtime Needed!

- Saving Face Peel is a blend of Azealic, Lactic, and Salycilic Acids for acne or very congested skins, to heal and clear up breakouts and even out your skin tone.
- End of the Line Peel is a blend of AHA and BHA Lactic Acids for pigmented, sun damaged skin to lighten, brighten and even out your skin tone.
- Genesis Peel is an acid-free Retinol peel to resurface, brighten, and smooth your skin. Perfect for all skin types to bring back a refreshed and healthy glow.
There is NO DOWNTIME with any of our Skin Haven peels--they are incorporated into a normal facial procedure and followed by a customized Probiotic healing mask so you never leave the spa with redness.
Here are a few basic pre and post peel tips:
- Your esthetician will do a thorough consultation with you during your first visit, and will assess which peel is most appropriate to achieve your goals.
- You will need to prepare your skin before your first peel with exfoliation, as per recommendation by your esthetician, for 2-4 weeks.
- You will need to confirm that you are protecting your skin on a daily basis with SPF of at least 28-30 before we can perform any peel on you.
- No matter which home care exfoliants you are using, always stop exfoliating for 2-3 days prior to a peel and 2-3 days after a peel.
- You may experience some flaking about 3 days after your peel, and you may not. Everyone's skin is different.
- If you experience flaking after your peel, do not scrub or rub it off. Just cleanse and moisturize gently and it will disappear.
- Be sure to give your skin extra TLC for a few days following any peel. You will notice your skin is more "thirsty" and absorbent, so don't be afraid to use extra moisture, and we recommend you layer with vitamin &/or calming serums for extra hydration during that time, if you aren't already doing so.
- Your esthetician will recommend the best home care regimen for your skin based on her experience and expertise in skin care.
- All of our treatments are available in a series of 6 for the price of 5. We recommend peels in a series for best results, between 2-4 weeks apart depending on your esthetician's recommendations.

NOTE: Client must first be on a home regimen that includes regular exfoliation for at least two weeks prior to receiving a Genesis Peel. For maximum results this treatment is recommended in an initial series of six treatments.
